Things to know

arrival & departure

Our flats & rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please inform us if you arrive after 8.00 pm.

Hotel Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the booking price is required for a firm reservation.

Facilities

Hand & bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are already provided in the flats & rooms.

Payment

We kindly ask you to settle the bill in cash (Euro) the day before your departure.

Bread roll service

Fresh bread rolls can be ordered daily from the bakery. Please let us know your order after breakfast.

Pets

Pets are allowed: € 30,00 per stay & pet.

Children

We are happy to provide cots and highchairs on request.

Tourist Tax

€ 2.60 per person & day / from 1st November 2024 € 3.70 per person and day.
2024: children born up to and including 2009 are free.
2025: children born up to and including 2010 are free.

Car park

Free parking is available at the houses or in the immediate vicinity.

Smoking

We ask you not to smoke in the flats & rooms, with the exception of the balconies or terrace.

Ski depot

A free ski depot is available at the valley station of the mountain railway.

Cancellation Policy

Regulation according to our GTC:

  • 3 months to 1 month before the start of the holiday: 40% of the booked holiday price
  • from 4 weeks before the start of the holiday: 70% of the booked travel price
  • in the last week: 90% of the booked holiday price

As something can always come up and you may not be able to start your holiday as planned, we recommend that you take out travel insurance: www.europaeische.at
